R-Yachts was founded in 2023, in the city of Rybinsk. The main activity is the construction of motor and sailing yachts. Materials: wood, fiberglass, steel, aluminum.

R-Yachts has been in the holding of companies operating in shipbuilding for several years: Vepr Group of Companies, a supplier of marine engines and diesel generators, Fleet Engineering PKB JSC, which is certified by RKO. Director of R-Yachts, he is also the chief designer of PKB Fleet Engineering JSC, Brum Artem Olegovich, is the founder of AB Sailing racing sailing school in Montenegro. 6 large projects have been implemented at 5 shipbuilding enterprises in Russia over 24 years of professional activity,.

At the moment, the basic models of the shipyard are:

• Sailing yacht project R12, performance class cruiser 38ft.

• Project RM11 motor yacht, 36ft lobster-boat family.
